Our mission

SkillMark exists to show organizations how people actually work with AI. As AI becomes part of every role, the question is no longer whether someone can do the work unaided. It's how well they direct AI, check what it produces, and own the result.

What SkillMark does

SkillMark is an assessment platform for measuring how people work with AI, in every role. Participants complete realistic tasks in a sandboxed workspace with a built-in AI assistant. Prompts, edits, and decisions are captured after the participant consents, and reviewers get an evidence-backed report of how the work was done, not just the final answer. Teams use it for hiring and for assessing their existing staff.

What makes it different

Traditional assessments grade the output. SkillMark shows the work behind it. Every session is rated on SkillMark's four dimensions — Designing, Supervising, Reviewing, Ownership, built on the four competencies of Anthropic's AI Fluency framework (Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence) — each backed by quotes from the session, with a synchronized replay of the work, the AI chat, and the screen. The result is verified evidence of AI fluency, not self-reported claims.
